Best of the country life, close enough to the city - 12/20/2011
Hillsborough is bucolic, many acres still used for farming, but lots of developments as well. The school system is rated very highly, and the community is somewhat diverse. Hillsborough Quality of Life - 9/20/2009
Hillsborough is close enough to major metropolitan areas of NYC and Philly, and has a wealth of excellent restaurants and cultural activities within a ten-mile radius. housing and construction - 10/28/2008
New housing is not at a stand still, and in Hillsborough new homes are still selling! Although things are tight in the housing market there are still houses being bought and sold. Basic selling tricks are, no clutter and clean up when you show your home. Check with the construction office if you have any outstanding or unfinished building permits.

As a Construction Sub-code Official, I recommend that you check on any contractor who works in your home to avoid any problems later on.
